The ground floor features a new terrace extension with alfresco dining and a dedicated children’s playground, complete with soft-fall surfaces and secure perimeter fencing. An expanded TAB area and kitchen extension further improve operational efficiency, while internal and external staircases provide seamless circulation, complemented by upgraded lighting and refined feature elements. On the first floor, a flexible multi-function events space with operable walls is paired with an alfresco bar area, upgraded amenities, and a new bar with stone and stainless-steel detailing. Carefully considered ceilings and high-quality material finishes enhance the aesthetic quality and create a contemporary, cohesive environment for members and guests. The second floor introduces new office and meeting spaces supported by accessible amenities, with a lift connecting all levels to ensure full accessibility. External improvements, including landscaped terraces, signage, and contemporary fencing and balustrades, unify the project with a modern and refined appearance. Bear Park reflects a considered approach to club development, combining practical upgrades with new facilities to support long-term functionality, operational efficiency, and an elevated member experience.
